We're VERY late acknowledging this, but in our defence what were the chances that the week we made it into the @irish_examiner was also the week it sold out locally thanks to a county final preview ( #daingeanuíchúisabú ) 🤷‍♀️😅

So @jozeemac, we can't even tell you the inappropriate things we (Damien) did to get our hands on a copy, but thankfully, it was worth it 🤸‍♀✨ thank you!

One week on from our first @dinglefoodfest , we can safely say the whole thing was a masterclass in joy and hospitality - exhibited to the nth degree by local businesses and @blasnaheireann participants and then gifted to the wider public, community and people lucky enough to be in the vicinity ✨

Now, for some snippets of a wonderful week:

Way back in September 2020 there was a bottle, of what we could only describe at the time as liquid gold, left for us to taste after two very impressive ladies came to visit for dinner. To say it blew our minds was an understatement and to see the magic that Anna and Orla @valentiaislandvermouth have created since makes this little collab even more special.

So we're thrilled that our very first @dinglefoodfest is going to be shared with our favourite mermaids 🧜‍♀️ 🧜‍♀️

Join us Saturday and Sunday until 4pm as the girls knock up V&T's from @inside_505 as part of the Taste Trail and experience the joy (of both their company and their drink) for yourselves 🥃 ✨️
